I have antannae, it's not so bad.
I mean yes, it's bad, and I hate them, but I also got used to them? You'd make a very cute spider. Even if you had extra arms or eyes.

He moves close to him, and when he gets close, he reaches for his hand, trying to see where the thread connects, trying to link his hand to his.]
